Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable, high-performance Web APIs using .NET Core.
Lead the architectural design for API projects, ensuring solutions are robust, secure, and maintainable.
Collaborate with front-end developers and project stakeholders to define API specifications and ensure seamless integration with client-side applications.
Implement authentication, authorization, and security protocols to protect APIs and sensitive data.
Optimize API performance for scalability and speed, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Mentor junior developers, sharing expertise and promoting best practices in API development.
Keep abreast of new technologies and trends in API development, evaluating and adopting them to enhance project outcomes.
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.
5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on .NET Core Web API development.
Expertise in C#, .NET Core, and RESTful API design.
Solid understanding of version control systems, such as Git/GitHub
Proficient in SQL Server, including database design, T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
Solid understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT.
Good to have experience and knowledge of OpenID Connect authentication and its integration in APIs.
Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and advanced database design.
Proficiency in deploying APIs on web server
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of mentoring team members and leading projects.
