Job Title: Systems Administrator

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 10 Months

Note:

Onsite Required: Due to the essential nature of the work to be performed, this position REQUIRES the selected candidate to work ONSITE for the duration of the assignment. Candidates will not be permitted to work remotely.

Tax Clearance Letter is required to be considered for this position and MUST be submitted at the time of submission.

Candidate MUST be local to Metro Atlanta.

Job Description:

Under direct supervision, installs, configures, & supports a local area network, wide area network, internet system, computers, desktops &/or mobile devices. Performs necessary maintenance to support network availability.

Under limited supervision, oversees the installation, configuration, and support to a local area network, wide area network, internet system, computers, desktops and/or mobile devices. Recommends equipment improvement or replacement. Serves as highest advancedlevel subject matter expert, providing authoritative guidance for professional staff. May also serve in a lead role.

Responsibilities include:

Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.

Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure Manage network servers and technology tools.

Set up accounts and workstations.

Upgrade systems with new releases and models

Requirements:

Proven experience as a System Administrator Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude Excellent communication skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university

Required/Desired Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university

Experience as a System Administrator

Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management

Experience installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks

Experience monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.

Experience managing network servers and technology tools.
