Required Skill:
To support program Creation, management & maintenance activities. Front line Vetting of requests" Should have strong business communication skills. " Ability to focus on high quality of deliverables accurately and timely. " Intermediate levels of proficiency in MS Office and good skills in MS Excel " Ability to learn fast, retain knowledge and adapt quickly to evolving business requirements and /or changes" Familiarity with working in a multi-stakeholder and outcome driven environment. " Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability in order to proactively take ownership and provide resolutions promptly" Customer service background/experience is preferrable." Having good knowledge and/or working experience in at least one of the following areas in business process operations/Program creation, Maintainence & Forecasting & Spend management, co-ordination & Backoffice support operations
