Sr.Full Stack Devaloper

Long term contract

 Atlanta, GA

 

Qualifications:

 

10+ years in IT with strong expertise in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Spring Boot, Quarkus, Node.js, AWS, and DevOps pipelines.

Programming Languages: Java, C#, .NET, Python.

Frameworks: Spring Boot, Quarkus.

DevOps Tools: GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI.

Cloud Platforms: AWS (ECS, EKS, S3, Lambda, SQS/SNS, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, SageMaker, Athena).

JUnit, WireMock, Mockito, Postman, REST Assured, Cypress, ReadyAPI.

GitHub, GitLab.

 Experience with test automation and creating test reports (e.g., Cucumber, Extent).

Continuous Integration/Delivery: Proficient in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Database Management: Relational and object databases, RESTful APIs, microservices.

 

Additional Skills:

Agile development using tools like VersionOne/Agility.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage stress and adapt to challenges.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience with OpenShift and MQ.

AWS Certification.

Knowledge of Windows Server and HP-UX operating systems.

Experience in the airline industry.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Develop and maintain software using Java, C#, Python, .NET, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

Improve and migrate on-premises and internal PAAS applications to AWS, implementing serverless patterns and containerized solutions.

Design and build industry-standard APIs, manage connectivity protocols, and ensure effective API consumption and routing.

Create and implement optimized architecture patterns for SLAs, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Monitor, analyze, and enhance performance metrics, identifying and addressing issues to improve efficiency.

Ensure adherence to security standards and privacy regulations during development.

Actively work to resolve and prevent technical debt.

Participate in sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and promote best practices in software craftsmanship including TDD/BDD and Test Automation.

Communicate critical information effectively, engage in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Create and maintain documentation and playbooks.

Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
