Roles & Responsibilities:
Work with customer, convert the business requirements into feasible Architectural solution design.
Create technical solution designing.
Implement ITSM, ITAM, Service Catalogs, Integration and Foundation Data in ServiceNow.
Understanding Customer s Current Environment and provide best Feasible implementation solution.
Requirement gathering of each module by conducting multiple workshops with the customer and understanding their needs.
Manage a team, Conduct daily scrum meetings for work updates and review progress as per Agile methodology, supervise and provide technical support to team to ensure production releases are bug-free.
