12+ years of experience with designing, implementing, upgrading, and supporting Cisco Unified Contact Center
Strong knowledge in JAVA, JAVA script ,J2EE, Struts framework 1.3.8.
Experience with Web service, SOAP, POSTMAN integration.
Experience in designing/ Creating CVP custom elements.
Strong knowledge in cisco architecture.
Strong communications, consultative and interpersonal skills, including oral, written and presentation; teamwork, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation, with the ability to work effectively with internal client from various business organizations and lines of business.
