JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager responsible for driving scalable solutions in Business Applications through strategic planning and execution of complex, cross-functional projects. This role focuses on ideation, evaluation, and implementation of new software systems, supporting product launches, and system upgrades, ensuring alignment with the organization's solution roadmap. The successful candidate will lead multiple functional areas and teams, adhering to PMO, finance, quality, and IT best practices, while facilitating cross-functional collaboration including regulatory, compliance, and operations teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gain cross-functional alignment, involving teams from Regulatory, Compliance, Field Service, and others for project execution.
Manage project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and IT change control.
Partner with business Project Managers and Vendor Project Managers to leverage organizational tools for effective project and program management.
Lead Change Management efforts, ensuring solution adoption, end-user communication, and training.
Conduct status reporting and lead core team and executive steering committee meetings, alongside managing budget and vendor evaluation activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and Box as an end user/basic administrator and general collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom)
Experience with Veeva vault project implementation is highly preferred.
Preferred familiarity with Jira, Microfocus qTest, Tableau, and Anaplan applications
Experience in project management along with a vendor or implementation partner
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to lead, influence, and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross-functional team environment.
Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and oversee multiple projects at once.
Minimum 8 years of experience involved in leading major cross-functional projects in quality, regulatory, compliance, and manufacturing operations
Medical device experience is a plus. Certification in project management (PMP) desired
