ServiceNow Solutions Consultant
This position requires an active MBI clearance or the ability to obtain a MBI clearance to be considered.
As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen.
Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow consultant and business analyst who has a strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM/CSM environments and who will serve to support the adoption of industry best practices. The ideal candidate will be joining a high-performing consulting team to deliver transformative customer support services to a federal government client. This team is responsible for process, people, and data transformation to support complex help desk functions and to improve overall customer experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for ServiceNow Solutions Consultant: Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
ServiceNow Solutions Consultant Responsibilities Include:
Assess current state legacy service desk processes.
Work with the customer to refine the service desk processes to then define requirements for service catalog.
Identify and recommend opportunities to re-design the ServiceNow Service Portal experience.
Support business process re-engineering efforts to configure the system to meet new initiatives.
Introduce and educate customers as it relates to service desk best practices that are used across various industries.
Perform a gap analysis of current/desired processes and ServiceNow OOB functionality.
Provide analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements
Trouble-shoot workflow issues for users.
Support high level business requirements writing.
Coordinate and conduct working sessions to gather and document requirements.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
ServiceNow Solutions Consultant Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
5+ years of ServiceNow experience in an agile environment.
Experience working with a cross functional team, and diverse stakeholders.
Ability to trouble-shoot workflow issues for users and customers.
Experience gathering and writing requirements.
Demonstrated understanding of the government project environment.
Effective communications (verbal and written).
Strong bias for collaboration.
Clearance: Must be able to obtain MBI/public trust as required.
2+ years Technology or Management Consulting Experience.
ServiceNow System Administrator and/or CSM/ITSM module certification
Current/active MBI clearance.
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
