Job Description: Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. May provide consultation to users and lead cross- functional teams to address business issues. May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.

Working with NA Direct business leading the team's business planning, forecasting and digital marketing efforts. Works daily with Finance, Planning, & Performance Marketing teams to forecast the business and ensure channels are optimized against Client funds to deliver targets while ensuring that the team has a clear line of sight to levers that are/aren't driving business growth or building business cases to unlock additional funds. Leads communication of business performance to NALT, responding to questions and delivering any additional analysis as needs arise. Will play a key roll in the onboarding efforts of 's new marketing agency, making sure they build the right KPI dashboards for attribution analysis.

Responsibilities:

· Monthly KPI forecast with Finance

· Monthly/Quarterly Performance Marketing Channel Allocation

· MBR/QBR Snapshots

· Monthly Digital Traffic Forecast for Daily Sales & Downstream Reporting

· Quarterly Stores Budgeting (Store x Month)

· Business Performance & Analysis Comms

· R&R meeting with cross-functional partners

· Ad Hoc Marketing Channel Analysis

· Ad Hoc Traffic and KPI analysis
