JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in developing and managing success metrics and indicators crucial for assessing the performance of key marketing and communication (M&C) initiatives. The ideal candidate will not only refine data pipelines and reporting dashboards but also empower stakeholders with the tools and knowledge to analyse company’s brand health and reputation KPIs independently. As part of our team, you'll leverage your data analytics expertise to measure marketing activities' impact, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences across the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain data pipelines and operational reporting dashboards for company’s brand health and internal/external communications.
Prepare and present reports and dashboards evaluating performance for a wide range of stakeholders.
Utilize advanced analytical techniques to assess the impact of marketing activities and inform ongoing strategy.
Establish best practices for reporting, data visualization, and interpretation.
Collaborate on cross-functional projects, driving new data source development and ensuring high-quality data availability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
Advanced technical proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (Databricks, Qlik Sense, Tableau).
Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
Domain experience required:
7+ Years in a data analytics role, preferably supporting marketing and web initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Economics, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
