" Must have strong expertise in Java, Python, Node.js
" Skillset should have the following Redis , MongoDB
" Knowledge on Nginx is preferred
" Experience in Web Services using REST, RabbitMQ
" Knowledge of AI, NLP, Client, Chat bots will be added advantage.
" DevOps Skills like Terraform, Ansible Tower, Kubernetes, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Maven, Gradle would be essential.
" Exposure to any of the cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure

" Min 7+ yrs. hands on KORE.ai, Smart Assist, IVR Technologies, Java, Java Script, Python
" Good experience on Conversational AI Platform
" Exposure to Gen AI and its concepts with conversational AI Products
" Good experience in understanding the business Experience managing, troubleshooting and supporting Secure, Highly Available cloud platforms
" Cloud Engineering
" Google, AWS, Azure
" Application Maintenance
" Webserver / Middleware
" Rabbit MQ, Kafka, Node.JS, Nginx
" Database platforms Mongo
" Cache: Redis
" Automation tools: Ansible, Terraform
