Network Engineer - Senior

Position Title:

Sr, Networking Engineer

Position Summary:

Assignment Description: Selected candidate will be working with the IT IO Data Networking team to provide IT Technical and Compliance support for an enterprise network environment.

Skill Set Requirements and Capabilities:

Required:

Candidate must be able to pass background checks

Experience working in Azure or AWS Cloud networks

Experience with route and switch in a medium to large enterprise network environment (preferred: Cisco )

Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols

Position will have on-call responsibilities

Additional skills a plus: Cisco Firepower, SD-WAN, Cisco DNA Center, Cisco Client, Cisco Wireless, and Palo Alto

Level of Experience: Degree in IT and 4-6+ years of Network Enterprise experience (or 8+ years of Network Enterprise experience if no degree)

Additional Qualifications for Consideration:

Data Center Switching(Cisco ACI a plus)

Firewall (Cisco FTD/Palo Alto Enterprise)

BGP, Cloud integrations(Azure, or AWS)
