What You'll Do:
Our corporate HR technology team is looking for a passionate Software Engineer to join their team and provide impactful solutions to our employee workforce globally! In this role, you’ll be on a scrum team with the goal of providing the best experience

by implementing innovative global and mobile solutions for our employees globally. You’ll partner with a variety of business stakeholders and vendors on a global scale. These initiatives will allow our employees and leaders to interact better with HR Services. You'll have the opportunity to learn new systems while working in a dynamic team. 

 

 Your day will be filled with:

Designing, implementing, and supporting cloud-based solutions.

Delivering new UIs that improve and simplify the employee and leader experience.

Expanding system offerings through cloud solution’s mobile apps.

Innovating and experimenting with different ideas, solutions and technologies.

Who You Are:
Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field) or equivalent experience.

Professional development experience with modern programming languages is preferred.

Ability to handle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Ability to obtain certification(s) in an IT related field is a plus.

Basic knowledge of insurance and financial services products preferred.

Basic planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required.

Preferred technical experience:

Systems implementation and support experience on ServiceNow

Cloud integrations & Web Services (AWS, REST, JSON, XML)

Data integration and virtualization (AWS)

Reporting, analytics and query tools (SQL, Python)

Salary Range Information:
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range:
$60000 - $(phone number removed) / year

Time Off Program:
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
