2. Good Understanding of IT Operations, SRE, T2T1, SOC, Process and Protocols, and can identify gaps for Continuous Improvement

3. Should have good experience on SharePoint, Confluence, Service Now tools

Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)

1. Able to coordinate with the teams on any migration activities e.g. SP to Confluence

2. Able to lead production support service improvement initiatives.
