Responsibilities:
Maintain master data and fee schedules for organization

Manage IT communications around master data changes

Serve as point of contact for business users seeking support for company software applications

Respond to user inquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner

Preparing and/or reviewing correspondence, inclusive of exercising independent judgment in terms of contracts and invoice reviews

Administration of IT purchase requisitions and orders

Communicate with various vendors and suppliers, updating POCs as needed

Maintain records of invoices, purchase orders, and various relevant licenses/certifications

Monitor the shared inbox for requisitions and supply changes

Managing sensitive and confidential information

Understanding of financial data and related reports

Develop and maintain positive relationships with business users

Occasional need to work on weekends for planned tasks

Qualifications:
Highly motivated, self-starting, and committed to achieving results and have a strong sense of ownership and follow-through to resolution

Demonstrated experience in healthcare with fee schedules, data management, process improvement, practice management system maintenance and support

Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and strong problem-solving skills

2-4 years professional experience in a business analyst role

Ability to shift priorities and wear multiple hats that may include writing requirements, managing small projects, and testing when necessary to get a solution out to the business

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of database management systems

Proven success working in a team environment as well as independently

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Highly organized and able to independently manage their own workflow
