Job Description
This is an office-based position on a hybrid schedule in King of Prussia, PA.
We are looking for professional, qualified and enthusiastic candidates to take up a full-time position of a Jr. IT Systems Administrator to provide daily technical support.
The scope of responsibilities will include:
Supervised responsibility for troubleshooting and diagnosing desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment problems
Supervised responsibility for IT support operations, including but not limited to receiving and tracking user requests, assigning priority and responsible persons, resolving requests and users’ notification
Shared responsibility for installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades of desktop computer systems and peripherals (e.g., network cards, printers, modems, mice, add-in boards, copiers, etc.)
Supervised responsibility for asset management of desktop computer systems (hardware and software inventories, licensing, systems decommissioning, etc.)
Is responsible for documentation of system problems and resolutions
Assists with providing basic IT training to PSI staff, at the discretion of Training & Resourcing
