The Product Security Engineer for Client is responsible for driving global product cybersecurity initiatives across all the Client operating companies. 

 

This position is part of the Product Security Team located throughout the globe and will be a fully remote position. At client, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

 

What you will do:

 

With guidance from product cybersecurity architects and product cybersecurity director develop a tool to measure the cybersecurity maturity of various teams.

Work with teams throughout the different operating companies to ensure products are in compliance with the product cybersecurity procedures.

Assist the product cybersecurity director to review pending and recently passed legislation to ensure the product cybersecurity procedures are fully compliant.

Work directly with product teams to assess the general product cybersecurity posture utilizing a standard tool.

Based on product cybersecurity architects, modify and update the product cybersecurity procedures, work instructions and templates. Specifically updating MS Excel files utilizing VBA.

 

Who you are:

 

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; equivalent experience may be acceptable.

1-3+ years of experience working in cybersecurity. Preference will be given to those with product cybersecurity experience.

Ability to read and understand technical standards.

Ability to program within Excel using VBA.

Ability to organize information from multiple sources in a well-structured manner.

 

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

 

Ability to read and understand cyber based legislation.

Basic background and understanding of capital equipment.
