JOB TITLE: IT Systems/Business Analyst
LOCATION: Hybrid Tues-Thurs in Ada, MI
DURATION: 6 month contract
PAY RANGE: $41-51/hour
TOP 3 SKILLS:
2-3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a Systems Analyst/Business Analyst to help design and deliver products that satisfy business outcomes for our eCommerce products.
What's special about this team:
The ANA IT team plays an integral role in transforming the usability of technology products directly for our customers throughout North America. This group works closely with leadership to identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement. You will join a team of Developers, Solution Architects, UI/UX Designers, SCRUM Masters, Product Managers, and Systems Analysts that drive the market's technology forward using an Agile methodology.
This team works on our eCommerce products and the technologies that support this, with a focus on cart and checkout functionality. You will be partnering with team members located globally on an Agile team.
In this role, we would leverage your analyst skills to design and maintain our Path to Purchase products. This team is looking for a candidate who has the following characteristics:

What skills and background will be important to be successful?
2-3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers, and the technical team to analyze and understand requirements and document them in user stories.
Experience working on an Agile team.
Curiosity and ability to learn quickly.
Knowledge with ecommerce products, especially cart and checkout capabilities, is a plus.
Experience using Jira and Confluence is a plus.
Ability to respectfully challenge traditional methods of working.
