Network Technician

Seeking for a Network Technician in Nashville, TN(Onsite)

1-3 years of experience

Perform eyes on glass and initial networking triage

Create tickets within Service Now and perform service requests

Experience raising tickets with circuit providers and hardware vendors

Hands-on experience with network routing and switching, firewall, load balancing, etc.

Experience in incident management
