Overview:
The Manager of Identity Access Management is responsible for overseeing the team of IAM Specialists and for transforming workflows while developing long-term access strategies. This role involves leading and empowering the identity management (IAM) team, ensuring service level agreements are met, and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvements.

 

The Manager of Identity Access Management is dedicated to thinking critically about better ways to improve patient care and streamlining the identity and access management processes.

 

The ideal candidate will have experience leading an IAM team before at a company with 5,000+ employees.

 

This position is located at 6688 N. Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75206. Once trained, this position will be eligible to work remotely 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operations of the IAM team, providing mentorship and training to foster growth and development.

Maintain and update standard operating procedures related to IAM / identity management, and create efficient workflows for new vendors, including their setup and training.

Develop and implement long-term access strategies that enhance patient care and streamline identity management processes.

Monitor identity management audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution, and maintain strict adherence to security protocols and SLAs.

Oversee the HRIS ticket queue, ensuring all requests (new hires, position changes, terminations, etc.) are completed promptly and accurately.

Equip end users with the necessary resources and knowledge to effectively perform their duties related to identity management.

Qualifications:
Must have previous experience leading an IAM team at a company with 5,000+ employees.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology is required. An associate's degree from a qualified technical school, and two years' related work experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

Demonstrated experience with active directory, account provisioning, and auditing.

Knowledge of HIPAA is essential.

Previous experience in healthcare is highly preferred.
