CrossTech is seeking a PM/Scrum Master for our client in Greensboro, NC. This is a onsite, hybrid position.
Job Description
Help grow a collaborative and continuously improve engineering culture.
Teach and serve as an example to the team of Scrum and Agile values and principles.
As a Scrum Master, facilitate Scrum Events when requested by the team.
Deliver effective conflict resolution between individuals and teams.
Be an assertive, but friendly, and communicative person with first-class interpersonal skills.
Be an expert in estimation and planning techniques and be able to explain and teach release planning in an empirical environment
Qualifications/Skills
Must be an expert in Jira and MS Office
Preferred to be within driving distance to Greensboro
Experience with manufacturing and/or automotive is a bonus
Fluent in Japanese is a bonus
Compensation
$40-$43/hr.
