Job Title: Team Technical Lead
Location: Remote/On-site (USCIS Locations)
Clearance: Background Investigation Required
Position Overview:
The Team Technical Lead will provide technical direction for a specific team within the RAPID program, guiding the development and implementation of software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile practices, software development, and cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions.
Collaborate with the Program Technical Lead and other teams to ensure integration.
Guide the team in implementing best practices for code quality and security.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with user stories and requirements.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a technical lead role.
Expertise in cloud technologies, software development, and Agile practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical teams effectively.
Experience with tools like AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
