Title: Rightfax Professional Services

Duration: 3-6 Months
Job Description:
Remote Installation and Configuration Services for RightFax, a statement of work (SOW) will be submitted upon initial project approval.
Initial project includes upgrading RightFax to the Latest Version of RightFax on customer's 2-node collective.
Project includes installation, configuration, testing and final data migration/transfrer of data completed to new collective system.
System will be installed on 2 new virtual servers provided by customer and using the same telecom connection to the PSTN.
Work is to be during normal business hours, M-F, 8am-8pm EST. If final cutover is requested outside of normal business hours, additional fees will apply.
Minumum price for upgrade includes: SOW creation, build new RightFax server(s), Migrate data and all settings, Cutover all applications and Telecom, 3 Hour Post migration support, and knowledge transfer.
