Work you will do:

Our team is seeking a Senior Program Manager with experience in ERP transformations to lead a multi-year initiative. You will align closely with senior leadership to drive the consolidation of three SAP instances into a single enterprise version hosted in the cloud (SAP Rise or Hyperscaler). The program will also involve standardizing processes across multiple business units and modernizing the ERP technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

" Provide end-to-end program management for a multi-year ERP transformation.

" Align with senior leadership to ensure strategic goals are met throughout the program lifecycle.

" Lead the consolidation of three SAP instances into a single cloud-hosted version.

" Drive standardization of business processes across three business units.

" Oversee the modernization of the ERP technology landscape and ensure adoption of enterprise standard processes.

" Ensure seamless integration with SAP Rise or Hyperscaler cloud infrastructure.

" Track and report on program progress to senior leadership, ensuring any risks or issues are escalated and mitigated.

" Work closely with IT and business unit leaders to manage change and drive adoption of new processes and technologies.

Role Summary: Senior Program Manager

" Partner with senior leadership to define program goals and align them with business objectives.

" Drive execution of the ERP transformation roadmap, managing scope, timeline, and resources.

" Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and program reviews, providing updates on progress, risks, and key decisions.

" Manage cross-functional teams across business units and technology functions to ensure cohesive program delivery.

" Utilize Safe Agile and Release Train Engineering (RTE) best practices where applicable to ensure effective program delivery.

" Identify opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the program and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

" 10+ years of program management experience, with a focus on ERP transformations.

" Extensive experience working with SAP, particularly in cloud environments (SAP Rise or Hyperscaler preferred).

" Strong experience aligning with senior leadership to deliver complex, multi-year programs.

" Experience in standardizing processes and implementing enterprise-level technology solutions across multiple business units.

" Safe Agile and Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience are nice to have.

" Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

" Proven ability to work across global teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

" Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex and evolving environments.
