Full stack Engineer - Java/Credit Risk: NC

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, maintain and test software for the Enterprise Credit Risk team, collaborating with the development team and business partners to ensure successful delivery and implementation of application solutions in a dynamic Agile environment

Requirements:

BS or MS in Information technology / Computer Science / related fields

7+ years building enterprise-scale containerized web applications

5+ years of Java, JavaScript, Node JS, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Material UI, React

Experience with CI/CD toolset (Git, Bitbucket/GitHub, Jenkins, etc.)

Experience building responsive interfaces

Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library and Sonar

Familiarity with RDBMS databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase or MySQL

Experience in Agile development methodologies

Experience building Java applications

Experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes / Containers/ Microservices / Docker

Ability to achieve subject matter expertise quickly on new applications 

Enthusiasm and talent for creating solid, reliable web-based platforms

Experience solving complex problems and works both independently and collaboratively to build next generation risk reporting solutions

Pay Range: $55.06 - $63.06
