UI Designer - Contract - W2 Only - Remote but near certain location

UI Designer

 

This is a W-2 position only (no staffing agencies or contractors). Candidates must currently reside in the U.S.

 

Fully Remote, however, candidates must be within range of our client’s office. (Locations with a hub such as Bloomfield CT, Morris Plains NJ, St. Louis MO, Philadelphia PA)

 

Monday - Friday Normal business hours

 Skills:

Strong UI Design background (1-2 years minimum but more would be preferred)

Voice User Interface (VUI) design,

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) design

UI (User Interface) design

Conversational UI design

Chatbot design

Speech UI Design

Conversational UI design (conversational design would be preferred)

Familiar with Agile Methodologies

Customer Focused

Team Lead or Senior level

Speech tuning, prompt scripting, NLP Tuning, Kore (Platform based and will be rare),

Experience within healthcare or insurance (preferred but not required).

 

Tools:

MS Office

*Visio* (Required)

 

Education:       

Bachelor's degree preferred not required

Must have 3-4 yrs experience in the UI space if no degree is held.
