Job Requirements / Description
Experience Required- 12- 14 years
Minimum 5+ experience in managing development/support & maintenance projects.
Project Manager will be responsible for driving project management activities in the Cloud Services
Strong understanding of Snowflake, Data Warehouse process execution from acquiring data from source system to visualization
Monitor, support and improve services according to incident, change and problem management for daily operations according to IT/ TR and industry standards.
Responsible for END TO END project execution and delivery across multiple clients
Understand ITIL processes related to incident management, problem management, application life cycle management, operational health management.
Strong in Agile and Jira Tool
Collaborate with different partners and teams to implement IT standards (operational, compliance, etc).
Familiarisation with Snowflake, Data Warehouse, ETL
Should be able to help team members on technical issue
Should be good learner and open to learn new functionalities
Should be able to prepare weekly/monthly reports both internal and client management
Strong customer service, problem solving, organizational and conflict management skills
Project Management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization and project structuring
