As a Talent Acquisition Data Analyst, your primary responsibility is to provide insights into the recruitment process and identify trends, areas of success and/or opportunities. You’ll be responsible for analyzing data from various candidate sources, including applicant tracking systems, job postings, and candidate databases. Here are the key duties and qualifications for this role:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Trend Identification:

Conduct data analyses to identify recruiting trends and provide critical KPIs and dashboards.

Provide data-driven insights to recruiting and sourcing teams for making informed decisions.

Play a pivotal role in the growth and scaling of Alliance Animal Health’s Talent Acquisition data platform

Lead ad-hoc analyses with the Talent Acquisition team to uncover trends and provide key hiring insights

Reporting & Metrics: 

Generate weekly and ad hoc reports from our applicant tracking system (ATS), various job boards and other recruitment platforms.

Create visually compelling dashboards for the recruiting and operations teams, focusing on key metrics like time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, and effectiveness ratios.

Support various HR data and reporting needs to provide valuable insights on things like retention and employee engagement.
