Job Requirements / Description
Must Haves:
10+ years of hands-on experience as a QA Engineer in a front-to-back office environment.
Strong knowledge of securities, including Equity, Fixed Income, Treasuries, etc.
Proficiency in reporting and data validation.
Strong SQL skills for data analysis
Strong hands-on data knowledge for coordinating and executing tests.
Efficient in identifying, analyzing, and troubleshooting issues across data flows.
Ability to work independently with a go-getter mentality; self-sufficient in managing tasks.
Experience with both manual and automated testing.
Excellent communication and documentation skills to report findings and collaborate with teams.
Solid understanding of QA processes and methodologies in fast-paced environments.
Plusses:
Prior experience working with Client systems, specifically Impact and BPS.
Day to Day:
This consultant will be part of a critical project called "Primary Dealer. " Their primary responsibilities will involve analyzing existing requirements, designing, and performing test strategies. They will need to identify the systems necessary for proper testing and collaborate with system owners to gather data, execute test cases, and validate reports with the operations team.
