IT System Administrator

We are currently in search of an experienced IT System Administrator for our Burtonsville, MD location. The IT System Administrator at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all its subsidiaries ("Kolmac" or the "Company") will be responsible for credentialling on our EMR, Credible and SAMMS, and phone Webex, systems. The role requires New Employee Onboarding(NEO) training for IT capabilities on a biweekly basis.  Also, support of small/medium size IT projects at Kolmac’s locations.

Responsibilities:
Work with IT team to create and maintain formalized documentation of existing workflows and processes

Administer adding and removal of credentials in Kolmac’s EMRs and phone systems

Manage the tracking of onboarding and offboarding documents

Support and deliver on small/medium IT projects at Kolmac’s locations

Work independently in a fast-paced environment

Respond to changing priorities, multiple tasks and demands within short timeframes

Provide technical training to new employees as part of the New Employee Onboarding process

Provide occasional center on-site support and training as needed

Backfill for general IT support when needed

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or another related field

Two to Five years of professional experience in IT

Experience with developing technical documentation

Knowledge of Powershell and other Microsoft development tools

Experience in managing small IT projects in an independent way

Microsoft Excel, Word, Sharepoint

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $60,000 a year to $70,000 a year. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, licensure, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
