IT Project Manager

Overview:
Trissential is seeking an IT Project Manager with strong analytic skills and tools experience to join our client team remotely in Rochester, MN. In this role, you will leverage your leadership and project management skills to drive impactful IT initiatives from start to finish. You'll play a key role in shaping how our teams utilize data, guiding large-scale IT projects while working closely with executive leadership. Responsibilities:
Manage IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Coordinate financial reporting and provide insights to assist leadership with data-driven decision-making

Facilitate communication between departments, stakeholders, and IT leadership to ensure alignment and smooth project execution

Conduct data analysis and visualization projects using advanced tools like Power BI and Excel to generate actionable insights

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement IT solutions that support the organization’s objectives

Contribute to the improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies, helping to drive efficiencies

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in technology, IT project management, or business administration

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams

Deep understanding of business processes, financial concepts, and IT systems

Essential skills:
Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Excel

Proven success in managing IT projects and leading teams to achieve business goals

Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions

Experience communicating complex ideas to executive leadership and stakeholders

Desired skills:
Familiarity with industry standards and trends, with experience representing organizations at national events

Ongoing education in IT, project management, or organizational development

Experience:
Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects and implementing innovative solutions

Experience delivering data-driven insights that support decision-making at all levels of the organization

Benefits:
Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for seasonal roles. The pay range for this role is $81,000 to $92,500 annually depending on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
