Data Analyst

Job Title: Data Analyst

Duration: 06 Months+ (High Possibilities of Extension/Conversion)

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Run ad-hoc analysis to analyze and reconcile data between Workday and Resources@Client (RENAULT)

• Develop and implement manual controls/mitigation strategies to address known data related gaps and deficiencies.

• Provide input to the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the overall data analysis processes.

• Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making and planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.

• May be involved in exploratory data analysis and confirmatory data analysis.

• Deals with complex and highly variable issues.

Skill Set:

• Ability to work with large data volumes and be able to demonstrate a firm understanding of logical data structures and analysis techniques.

• Data tracing, Data mining, visualization, analysis – identifying patterns/trends, exploratory data analysis, root cause analysis.

• Strong working knowledge of Workday and Resources@Client

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while delivering results quickly and efficiently.

• Highly proficient in MS Office – Excel

• HR technology experience a plus
