4 Corner Resources is looking for Technical Support Specialists. This is a seasonal position with the main responsibilities of studying technical applications, ensuring proper operations, making recommendations, and supporting users to maximize computer system capabilities of end users.
This role is onsite in the Orlando FL area!
Technical Support Specialists Responsibilities:
Assist with incoming IT requests via phone, tickets, and help desk orders.
Maintain great customer service with clients by building rapport and solving problems for help desk customers.
Test fixes to ensure problems are adequately resolved.
Assist with tracking, documenting, and recording help desk requests or issues within the system.
Assist with software/hardware resolution as well as diagnostic and troubleshooting duties.
Assist with desktop support and provide hands on assistance with installations, updates, or configurations of computer software or hardware.
Perform resolution follow-up calls to ensure the client has satisfactory resolution results.
Perform other related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
Technical Support Specialists Requirements:
Minimum of 3 months of experience with Computer hardware or software troubleshooting (will accept candidates with a degree equivalent in Computer Science or IT).
Minimum of 3 months of experience with desktop operating systems.
Prior experience testing and maintenance of computer systems.
The passion to grow and develop their technical support skills.
Bilingual – English & Spanish preferred.
Technical Support Specialists Pay Rate:
$19.00 per hour
3 different shifts available
8am-4:30pm
1pm-9:30pm
3:30pm-11:00pm
Candidates will be asked to work at least 1 Saturday or Sunday per week.
Fully onsite in Alafaya Trail.
Seasonal role: will start in November 2024 and come to end around April 2025.
