Key Responsibilities:
ERP Development:
Develop and customize JD Edwards (JDE) E1 ERP applications to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain ERP solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Program Development:
Write, test, and debug code within a Microsoft Development Environment.
Utilize SQL and Oracle databases to support data-driven applications and reporting.
System Improvement:
Identify and implement system enhancements to optimize performance and user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP applications.
Documentation & Training:
Create comprehensive documentation for developed programs and system modifications.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of ERP systems.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in ERP technologies.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience:
1-5 years of experience in Information Systems Development.
Minimum of 2 years in program development, specifically with JD Edwards (JDE) E1 ERP applications.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in a Microsoft Development Environment.
Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
Experience with ERP customization and integration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Relevant certifications in JD Edwards or related ERP systems are a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes and commercial electronic products is advantageous

What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Annual Bonus: Opportunity to earn a 5% annual bonus based on performance and company success.
