Job Description:

Maintain Inventory of hardware; Track new hardware; ensure equipment is tagged. Provide reporting Detail Oriented, organized, familiar with equipment.

Coordinate maintenance and repair of printers: Technical knowledge of printers and the arrangement we have with Real Time to properly evaluate the need to have a vendor come in.

Desktop Patch Deployment: Ensure all Corporate computers are properly patched with latest security patch(es) within the expected time frame as identified by the IT Security Analyst. Analytical, logical thinking and knowledge of the Huber hardware inventory; knowledge of the patches to be deployed and the means used to deploy them. Accountability in this area is a must.

Helpdesk Phones/Emails/Chats Answer Corp ITCS calls & respond to Corp ITCS emails. Open and assign Work Orders to analyst with appropriate prioritization. Make proper evaluation of the issue by asking specific questions to enable an efficient and targeted resolution. New Install or Upgrade of Software Schedule installation and testing of software. Ensure software request form was submitted and license is compliant before installing. Knowledge of software compliance issues to follow Helpdesk process for new software acquisition and install .Orientation & Training: AD Logon ,Outlook, Telephone, V-mail Coordinate with Admin Asst to schedule & administer training for new hire on start date to include: MS Outlook Telephone, voice mail, AD login. Must provide user with information sheets. Good teaching skills; customer service; articulate; must be proficient in MS Outlook, telephone features & functions; voicemail features and functions.Provide clients with loaner notebooks: Access Hardware inventory to provide and schedule both the distribution and return of equipment. Equipment must be tested prior to release to ensure it is clean and working properly. Refresher of notebooks and Client Returns Clean off leased PCs and securely wipe PCs for returns and have shipped back by appointed day. Relocate equipment Schedule and coordinate relocation of equipment. Move equipment, reconnect and test.
