Overview:
The Senior Applications Developer will be joining a growing development team as we build and maintain web portals, system integrations and other custom development for our business units. This person will direct, prepare, design, code, test, debug and maintain a set of complex computer programs.

How you'll make an impact:
Develop web portals, system integrations and/or custom programs with high quality that meet specs and satisfy business objectives

We primarily develop using Microsoft technologies like .NET and SQL Server. Candidates with experience in: C#, ASP.Net, Javascript and Angular should face a shorter learning curve.

Accountable to your project team in meeting timeline, scope and budget expectations

Incorporate advanced coding techniques that improve the quality of software written

Regularly provides coaching, technical guidance and training to less-experienced developers

Demo solutions to our business partners

Participate and contribute to team/project meetings to elevate performance and standards

Unit test programs for technical and functional accuracy

Create solution diagrams when needed

Conduct code reviews ensuring that standards are followed

Work with users and other team members to troubleshoot production issues

About you:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related technical major

Programming experience in C#, Asp.net, SQL, Javascript/Typescript and/or Angular is desired

Experience with Microservices is desired

Genuine passion for programming

5 or more years related experience
