Job Summary:
This role is focused on managing the development and certification of vehicle electronics modules. It requires experience in electrical engineering, testing, certification processes, and the ability to coordinate with teams and external agencies. The role emphasizes ensuring that products like the ECU and DCM meet global standards and are integrated into vehicles successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working on hardware development or electrical systems, particularly related to electronics modules used in vehicles.
A background in electrical engineering is essential, along with knowledge of electronics testing and how to implement countermeasures (fixes or improvements) if testing reveals any issues.
Coordinate with testing agency and get Homologation certification for electronics parts
The candidate should be familiar with different global certification requirements (like safety and performance standards) and ensure that the electronics modules are designed and tested to meet these requirements.
Need to manage timelines by coordinating with various stakeholders (designers, suppliers, testers) and ensure everyone is updated on progress.
Responsible for specific electronics modules like the ECU and DCM and ensure they are developed, tested, and certified for use in vehicles, including their antenna components.
