JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Management Specialist / Windchill Solutions Architect with a strong background in the semiconductor industry to lead the implementation and management of Quality Management Systems (QMS) within Windchill. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and compliance through expert management of QMS processes, fulfilling industry and customer requirements. This role involves extensive collaboration across functions to embed quality practices throughout the product lifecycle and continuous improvement of supplier quality performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the design and implementation of QMS within Windchill, ensuring industry compliance.
Drive semiconductor industry compliance, focusing on international standards and customer requirements.
Collaborate with various teams to integrate quality management practices fully.
Oversee supplier quality management, including defining metrics and conducting reviews.
Provide Windchill QMS training, lead quality audits and reporting, and manage customer quality requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven expertise in Windchill’s QMS module configuration and management.
Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality standards.
Excellent communication and cross-functional team collaboration ability.
