Oracle Federal Financials (Oracle PA) SME
Windsor Mill, MD (Hybrid/Remote)
MUST:
Eligible for Public Trust clearance
Experienced Oracle Federal Financials Project (Oracle PA) SME
14+ years of experience working in the Project accounting field
5+ years of experience with Oracle Federal Financials Project Accounting software (Oracle PA)
Experience Oracle PA reporting Future Value, General Ledger, Purchase Orders, AP and AR
Ability to right queries using SQL/PL-SQL through TOAD
Experience working in the Federal sector strongly desired
Experience and Knowledge of Oracle USSGL Accounting
Knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing or similar tools
Experience with HIGLAS is a plus
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Bachelor s Degree in relevant field
DUTIES:
Serves as a top level technical or functional expert supporting one or more clients and unlimited user groups
Instructs users on use of new features/changes to the application
Performs highly specialized technical tasks associated with cutting-edge technologies
Works with user groups to solve business problems with available technology including hardware,
software, databases, and peripherals
Reports problems which might affect total customer operation performance to customer s management and to direct manager
Follow up with the next level tech to make sure no ticket is left behind without a solution
Applies expert functional knowledge and experience to significant business projects or processes
Performs business development activities, including providing technical input to proposal efforts Maintains current knowledge of relevant developments in area of expertise
Develops documents and executes Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
