Role:- SAP Delivery Manager- SAP S/4 HANA
Location: - Wilmington, DE( Onsite role)

Job Description :
Oversee all aspects of the program, including budget, schedule, scope, risk, and resources.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan aligned with business goals.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders.
Manage dependencies between different workstreams
Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risk
Develop and implement a change management strategy to ensure user adoption of the new S/4 HANA system.
Track program progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP S/4 HANA features and functionality.
7+ years of experience in program management, preferably with experience in managing SAP projects. Experience in Mfg. Domain is added advantage.
Should have worked in at least 1 S/4 Transformation as a Program Manager
Proven experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA concepts, functionalities, and best practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
