In the role of Senior Engineer Technology 1 – Full Stack Developer, you’ll tackle complex challenges as you develop and diversify your professional experiences while helping to improve the business/end user experience with a forward-looking mindset and spirit of continuous improvement.  

Senior Engineer Technology 1 - Full Stack Developer is essential in building and maintaining comprehensive web applications, covering everything from the user interface to server-side logic and database management. This role is pivotal in creating custom products and developing next-generation solutions using advanced technologies. We seek a highly skilled programmer proficient in both front-end and back0end development. The position demands the ability to manage a project from its inception through to the final product, requiring strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.  

In this role you’ll be responsible for: 

Design and develop high-quality, testable and maintainable software solutions using a range of technologies. 

Exhibit advanced proficiency in a wide range of technologies and platforms related to software design and development, programming languages, data integration, data analysis and visualization tools, network connectivity, and virtualization environments.  

Lead the development of complex projects, mentoring the development team and providing technical guidance. 

Conduct user interviews to gain insight into technical and business requirements.  

Design front-end architecture and establish servers, databases, and datasets to support required functionality.  

Monitor data connections and pipelines for optimal performance using filesystem, JDBC, SFTP.  

Ensure responsive web applications developed on low code/no code solutions.  

Optimize applications for compatibility across multiple platforms.  

Stay updated with advancements in web applications and programming languages. 

Demonstrate exceptional autonomy and productivity in executing tasks, with minimal supervision or guidance from superiors.  

Provide technical leadership and collaborate on planning, methods, procedures, standards, and best practices.  

Maintain positive relationships with affiliates, subsidiaries, and vendors, in alignment with Abbvie Values, Vendor Management Office, and Purchasing, to advance the organization's mission, vision, and goals.  

Adhere to corporate standards for Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle.
