Full Stack ServiceNow Developer
Location: Hybrid Onsite - Chantilly, VA
Security Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This role involves working on innovative projects, designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications to meet our organization's needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, and business rules to meet project requirements.
Develop and configure ServiceNow integrations with other systems using APIs.
Implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
Perform system administration tasks, including user and group management, access control, and application configuration.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to maintain code quality.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and new features.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, and other modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with ServiceNow system administration and configuration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
TS/SCI CI Polygraph-level security clearance is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes.
Experience with other web development frameworks and libraries.
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.
Work Environment:
Hybrid onsite role in Chantilly, VA, requiring some days in the office each week.
