Contract Duration: 12 months (Extension possible)
Pay range: $60 - 75/hr
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ
Work Type: Remote EST. Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Are you a seasoned Business Analyst Process and Procedure Factory with a passion for process optimization and a proven track record of delivering successful projects? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at [Your Company Name].
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Validation: Analyze and validate business requirements to ensure they align with project objectives.
Process Development: Design and develop efficient and effective business processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and effectively influence their decisions.
Process Optimization: Identify and eliminate redundancies in existing processes.
Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives.
Requirements Elicitation: Gather and document detailed requirements using various techniques.
Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including user stories and process maps.
Qualifications:
Lean Black Belt or Green Belt certification required
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN)
Knowledge of requirements traceability
Ability to communicate effectively and articulate the value of Business Analysis
Proven ability to deliver successful projects
Industry knowledge is a plus
