Power BI/SQL Developer
Richmond, VA -Hybrid - Locals and In-person Interview only

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SQL Server SQL development, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Experience in writing complex DAX queries.
Experience with MS SQL Server data modelling and schema design.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team that includes business and technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills:
Experience in Pensions Benefit Management programs.
Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView).
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or equivalent.
Other relevant certifications in SQL, Data Analysis and database management.
