Nesco has partnered with the with a large client that is looking to add an IT Fulfillment Specialist to its team. The Store Fulfillment Team is responsible for the delivery of all endpoint devices and the applications they run to store locations worldwide. This team is also responsible for the procurement, fulfillment, and management of IT hardware and software as well as contract management.

The IT Device Technician will work as part of a team to ensure optimal fulfillment of all assets procured by IT for 1,000 stores in 20+ countries.

The IT Device Technician position under general supervision provides logistics, diagnosis, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, asset tracking, and lifecycle maintenance of retail a point of sales equipment.

Responsibilities

Stage handheld endpoint devices that will go to all the stores.

Provide consistent, high quality fulfillment services to stores with minimum guidance

Pack and unpack equipment for shipping and receiving

Escalate more complex problems to maintenance vendors or the next appropriate level of support to obtain appropriate level of support to resolution guidelines

Maintain accurate inventory of store assets and acceptable inventory levels of repaired devices

Achieve performance goals and objectives in the area of productivity, accuracy, and expense control

Represent oneself in a professional manner by promoting company policies and procedures and approaching challenges in a positive manner

Qualifications

General understanding of technology hardware systems, computer components, and data networks

Able to consistently follow regimented procedures with high rate of accuracy and quality

Ability to think and react in a high energy, fast paced environment

Able to work 8-5

Good technical, analytical, and time management skills

Computer literate and working knowledge of word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel) and E-Mail (Outlook) software application is required

Knowledge of Asset Management software and practice is a plus but not a requirement

Knowledge of iOS and Android is a plus, but not required.
