Job Requirements / Description
We are seeking a Project Analyst for our client. The successful candidate will provide project management support to program/project managers assigned in engineering/logistics. The role will involve working closely with multiple teams to ensure project goals are met and processes are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities
Assist program/project managers in day-to-day project management activities
Support cost and schedule management, risk management, and process compliance
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools, including MS Project and Visio, to track project progress and manage deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and timelines are achieved
Skills Required
Proficiency in the full MS Office Suite, including MS Project and Visio
Excellent interpersonal skills to operate effectively in diverse work environments
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a project management support role, with a focus on cost/schedule management, risk management, and process compliance
Education Required
Associate’s degree with significant business coursework
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
