Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Analyst - Level IV to join our team in the DC, VA, MD area. This role involves conducting systems analysis, providing technical guidance, ensuring system security and compliance, and supporting incident investigation and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems integration, technical documentation, and information assurance practices, with expertise in security tools and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
Conduct and oversee systems analysis of complex computer and networking systems.
Ensure systems and peripherals operate correctly within predefined environments.
Work in conjunction with architecture, engineering, and sustainment teams.
Provide overall integration of systems peripherals for correct operation.
Develop or assist in creating detailed technical documentation, including installation procedures, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Provide guidance and direction to Level II and Level III Information Systems Analysts.
Supervise and perform complex tasks independently with minimalSupport management and security for sites and networks.
Perform Basic Cyber Assessments using NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment Scoring Template.
Enter assessment results in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
Analyze and improve system security practices.
Assist system owners and ISSOs in designing, developing, and writing certification and accreditation documentation.
Follow NIST and Risk Management Framework standards.
Administer security features for MAC3 and MAC2 environments.
Conduct security reviews of new or modified systems to ensure consistent security posture.
Manage security-related documentation and databases, including System Security Authorization Agreements (SSAA).
Assist in the detailed investigation and documentation of security incidents.
Maintain and support all aspects of CAC login and PKI technology or other authorized two-factor identification systems.
Provide expertise in government scanning tools, such as Retina, AppDetective, and ACAS.
Support forensics analysis and Intrusion Prevention Systems.
Qualifications:
Required
Minimum Education: Master’s degree.

CySA+
GICSP
GSEC
Security+ CE
CND
SSCP
CE: Professional (expert preferred) level certificate for supported technology
Active Secret Clearance
Preferred
Federal Consulting Industry Experience Preferred
