Job Requirements / Description
What You'll Do:

Support the Administrator and Business Owner responsible for ensuring data integrity of PEGA along with the ticket Interface.

PEGA is an application utilized by Credit Operations in the US and Canada in support.

Provide project support for Credit and Operation projects.

Provide support for Credit Operations inquiries related to above listed applications along with impact on daily activities

Work closely with Credit Operations Team Leaders to set priorities for system requests

Act as a liaison between business and ITM staff at all levels, while representing the Domains

Assist with system analysis, design, testing, system documentation and user training

Use software, analytical tools and techniques and business process knowledge to analyze business problems and formulate solutions.

New Enhancement Research & Development (Special Projects)

Support, lead and assist end-users with requirements definition, project definition and project planning

Establish working relationships with key Business/BSO and ITM managers

Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of business processes and applications, customer needs and priorities

Provide an in-depth business process viewpoint during issue reviews, implementation and planning

New Enhancement Testing:

Prepare test plans, perform testing, and provide signoff for all PEGA Interface changes

Oversee testing to be completed by end-users

Perform pre and post-production validation for all system changes

Document System and End-User Acceptance Test plans

Prepare test cases, test procedures and expected results

Coordinate appropriate End-User involvement in testing

Develop training documentation for new, existing and enhanced applications

Train End-Users on new and/or enhanced application and business processes

Credit Operations

Communicate, attend meetings and create presentations to Leadership Team providing current information on projects and process changes

Receive and prioritize new enhancements, projects and initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Computer/ Information Science, Information Technology or Marketing).

Should have exprience with:

Preparing test plans, performing testing, and PEGA Interface changes.

Document System and End-User Acceptance Test plans.

Develop training documentation for new, existing and enhanced applications.
